Wimberley Roundtable is a Texas nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering thoughtful conversation, community collaboration, and shared understanding around the most pressing local issues.
We are not a place—we are a purpose. Our focus is on creating opportunities for respectful, inclusive dialogue about challenges such as education, housing affordability, water sustainability, transportation, and other matters that impact quality of life in Wimberley. Our goal is to bring people together—not to debate, but to discover common ground and work toward a brighter future for all.
Wimberley Roundtable is nonpartisan and nonreligious. While some events have been held at local venues such as Wimberley United Methodist Church, we simply rent space as needed and are grateful for their hospitality and support of community gatherings.
Our Founders
Wimberley Roundtable was founded by a group of community members who believe that constructive conversation is essential to healthy civic life:
Andrew Weber, President
Larry Calvert, Treasurer
Susan Raybuck, Secretary
Together, they launched the Roundtable as a space where people of diverse views can come together to listen, learn, and collaborate in service of the common good.
Our Organizational Status
Wimberley Roundtable is a registered nonprofit in the State of Texas, but we are not yet a federally recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. As such, donations are not tax-deductible at this time.
